SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed after confirmation via call or WhatsApp (where required).
  • Some orders may require:
    • Advance payment
    • Partial payment
  • Orders are dispatched only after successful confirmation.

SHIPPING METHOD

  • We use third-party courier services to deliver orders across Pakistan.
  • Courier selection depends on location, product type, and service availability.
  • fourshines.com does not operate its own delivery network.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges may vary based on:
    • Product weight and size
    • Delivery location
    • Courier service used
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are communicated before dispatch.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, even in case of returns or refused deliveries.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations only.
  • fourshines.com reserves the right to:
    • Limit COD availability
    • Request advance payment for confirmation
  • Customers who repeatedly refuse COD orders may be restricted from future COD service.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & FAILED DELIVERIES

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Unreachable phone number
    • Customer refusal
      the order may be canceled, and future orders may require advance payment.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched (where available).
  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and staying available for delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow us 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email or mobile message within one day to let you know your order is on the way!

DELIVERY TIME

  • Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Delivery may take longer due to:
    • Courier delays
    • Remote or rural locations
    • Weather conditions
    • Misrouting by courier companies

fourshines.com is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order is dispatched.

IMPORTANT

Shipping policy updated at website too, import two three points, 

- In case of refund of order shipping charges will not be refunded.
- ⁠In case of return or exchange customer should make a proper video of product and share.
- ⁠In case of return or refund shipping charges will be paid by customer. Standard Rs 350

FOR STORE PICKUP

[Address: 97D 4th Floor, Commercial Broadway DHA Phase 8, Lahore – Pakistan]

Orders can be picked up on weekdays, from [12pm to 4pm]. An email or mobile message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.


LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Pakistan, if the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.


Orders placed before during store hours weekdays [10am to 3pm] will be processed and delivered to courier with the same day or maximum next day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day and when we are open. Standard delivery days are usually 3-5 days subject to the customer location.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and message about the order is processed for local shipping.


FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using courier services in Pakistan.

Shipping fee varies with weight & volume, however we are offering free shipping on all products below 10kg, applies to orders shipping within Pakistan only. You will also receive delivery charges information at the time of checkout.

 
FREE SHIPPING:

Free shipping campaigns vary with time to time are mentioned at store notice at the front every time you visit the website. You will automatically guide at the time of checkout the amount if reach the free shipping value, it will automatically charge free shipping at that time.

 

OPEN PARCEL + SHIPPING:

Open Parcel + Shipping charges mention at the time of check out, kindly select your required option.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:


We offer international shipping to the following countries:

United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are not incurred in out order values, a shipment reaches your destination country. You or your company is responsible to pay all local duties or taxes if mandatory in your country as per laws. Any additional local charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at fourshinesonline@gmail.com or 03000805577 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

The return orders will be dispatched to our local pick up location [97D, 4th Floor DHA Phase 8, Lahore – Pakistan]

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
